Full renovation and conversion of a historic townhome from a multifamily building back to original single-family upper residence with garden level apartment and carriage house. Interior /exterior work, with all new systems, plaster crown and corbel restoration, new kitchens, baths, and new porch/bath addition from architect’s design. Custom millwork, zinc range hood and zero entry master shower that opens to private porch. Historic tax credit project.
