Sam Carroll founded Carroll Construction to share his passion for restoring and preserving Savannah’s historic buildings.  From woodwork to masonry, metalwork to flooring, roofing to foundation; our team is energized by the unique challenges and possibilities of each restoration project.   In fact, Sam has been recognized by the Historic Savannah Foundation with five Historic Preservation Awards for his restoration work.
